Office of Business Affairs
The Office of Business Affairs, under the command of Executive Director Andria McDonald, is comprised of human resources, fiscal services, information technology, professional development, records, and business services. These integral parts work behind the scenes in positions that allow our sworn law enforcement and certified detention members to better combat criminal activity and safely detain those who are incarcerated.

Fiscal Services
Fiscal Services, under the leadership of Ms. Saba Rahmani, is housed within the PCSO Sheriff's Operations Center in Winter Haven, and is responsible for the agency budget, accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, inmate accounting, and cash management. Information Technology
Information Technology, or IT, under the direction of Mr. Bill Ward, is housed within the PCSO Sheriff's Operations Center. The IT members oversee the various phases of technology strategy, implement tactics for acquisition of computer hard ware and software to meet the short, intermediate, and long term information needs of the agency in the most cost effective manner to support the day-to-day mission of the office, while ensuring the evolutionary development of systems to meet established goals and objectives.

Professional Development
The Professional Development Division, under the command of Director Rick Wright, consists of the Organizational Development Section, the Training Section, and the Kenneth C. Thompson Institute of Public Safety (KCTIPS) Academy. The division oversees the training and professional development of agency members through extensive training programs and professional development opportunities.

The Records Unit, under the leadership of Ms. Mary Venrick, is housed within the PCSO Sheriff's Operations Center in Winter Haven, and is responsible for processing and reviewing all completed law enforcement reports to ensure compliance with the Uniform Crime Report and public records laws.
