This suspect has been identified as 55-year old Randolph Hardee of Lakeland.
Randolph was arrested and charged with Criminal Use of Another's Personal Information, Violation of Probation, and Petit Theft.

On March 30, 2025, at around 12:30 pm, a wallet was stolen from a table in front of the victim's residence.

The suspect is the man in these photos.
