The suspect has been identified. He is a juvenile, and has been charged with retail petit theft.

PCSO detectives are trying to identify the person in this video in reference to a retail theft investigation.

At around 5pm on April 3rd, a retail theft occurred at the Marathon store at 6808 S. Florida Avenue in Lakeland. 

As you can see in the video, the suspect stole a vape smoking device and a disposable vaping device with a total value of $55.

The victim said the suspect was a Hispanic male, possibly a juvenile.
