The Polk County Sheriff's Office is requesting assistance from anyone who knows the identity of the man in these photos.

Our suspect went to the Mulberry Walmart on August 28th at around 2:30 PM, and picked up some socks, t-shirts, a children's backpack, and a 40" Vizio TV.

He left the store without paying for the items and got into the passenger side of a white Nissan SUV.
